Welcome to Mallah Collective

Person-Centred. Systems-Savvy. Mother-Informed.

What makes us different

After almost a decade working in Support Coordination, we’ve seen firsthand where the system falls short.
Too often, information isn’t shared clearly. Time and funding are used repeating the same explanations.

Families are left holding the mental load. Support Coordinators are stretched without proper processes, resources, or meaningful team collaboration.

That’s not a people problem — it’s a systems problem.

Mallah + Co was built to do things differently.

Clear, Organised Support Coordination

We use structured processes, clear steps, and shared systems so information is consistent,

expectations are clear,

and funding is used effectively.

Systems That Work

For You

We don’t expect you to fit into rigid processes. Instead, we navigate the complexities of funding and support systems so they adapt to your family’s needs, preferences, and identity—not the other way around.

Collective, No Support Coordinators Working in Silos

While you have a primary support coordinator in the forefront, behind the scenes you’re supported by a collaborative team with multiple skill sets, reducing gaps, delays, and reliance on one over-stretched coordinator.

Flexible, Predictable Communication

We balance flexibility with consistency — so you know what’s happening, when, and why. We can support you entirely remotely or set up a communication plan to your preference, location and funding allocation.

Holistic, Empathetic

Approach

We see the whole person and family—not just the funding or the paperwork. We integrate your identity, your support systems, and your unique circumstances into every decision. We are mothers, parents, neuro-affirming, alternative, and queer—we understand busy lives, mental load, and that societal norms and systems don’t fit every family.

Accessible Resources

We provide Easy Read, plain-English resources you can refer back to, reducing repetition and building capacity.

The Heart Behind Mallah + Co

Mallah + Co was founded by Brooke Fletcher, a mother first, and a qualified Social Worker with over a decade of experience supporting families and participants across disability, mental health, child and family services, and other complex care systems.

Our philosophy is simple: support should reflect how life is actually lived.
We focus on centreing your identity and lived experience, we honour the emotional

labour of parents and carers, and provide coordination that is responsive, realistic,

and deeply human.

We specialise in navigating nuanced, time-consuming, and often confusing systems like the NDIS. By combining practical strategies, thoughtful use of technology, and clear resources, we work to reduce overwhelm, maximise funding use, and make everyday life easier, always respecting your privacy and tailoring support to your unique needs.
We have extensive experience working alongside mob, navigating NDIS systems relationally and with staunch advocacy. Cultural integrity is upheld at every step, and we work with families and communities in ways that are meaningful, respectful, and collaborative — never tokenistic.

Mallah + Co is also proudly queer-led and actively welcomes LGBTQIA+ individuals and families. We are committed to creating a space that is safe, inclusive, and affirming, where you don’t need to explain yourself or fit into a mould to be supported.

Brooke Fletcher

Mallah Collective Founder

I would like to acknowledge the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the lands.
Sovereignty was never ceded.
It always was and always will be Aboriginal land.
I pay my respects to Indigenous Elders past, present and emerging.
I recognise the continuous connection to land, waters, and communities.
I give thanks to the wisdoms of First Nations peoples that reminds me to heal by grounding my feet in the dirt,

listening to the trees and to cleanse in the waters.
I commit to the lifelong learning journey in allieship through deep listening and humility.
I will held accountability to share this commitment and learning with my peers and pass on to generations to come.
